Lenticular Analysis of Lina Bo Bardi

For our Animation Representation course, I analyzed Lina Bo Bardi’s Restaurante Coati ’s atmospheric qualities. Through the use of the image render program Blender, the images I produced focused on exploring the lenticular corrugation of the concrete walls and the shadows produced by the figural windows. The final project was a minute long animation focusing on the cross fade created by the mapping of two different images on to the lenticular walls in relation to the cross fade editing techniques of Adobe Premiere.
